    T3 and Test

    Not sure if this is the right area to post this. I've been on T3 for about a month--it's going well. I'm currently on 200mg test/week (TRT) and I know I should do more while on T3 because of how aggressive T3 can be. My original plan was to do 400mg/wk test (total) but the test I had gotten had a problem so I got more.

    My question is, will 400mg/week of test be enough to help fight off muscle loss while cutting on T3 or should I do more? I'd prefer to do as little as possible for obvious reasons.

    What was you begin stats and your stats now as far as weight lose or bf%

    Don't know bf but have lost about 16lbs since I've been on T3.

    400 mg a week is fine.
    Did you start t3 at 100mcg a day or work your way up

    Started at 50mcg/day then moved to 75mcg/day and now at 100mcg/day.

    100mcg/ed is pretty aggressive with T3. Guys are normally taking 25mcg/ed. The T4 dosage is higher at 100mcg/ed. T3 is more aggressive than T4 so the lower dosage. I've done 50mcg/ed of T3 on 200mg/ew and had no muscle waste. You should be fine on 400mg/ew.
