Not sure if this is the right area to post this. I've been on T3 for about a month--it's going well. I'm currently on 200mg test/week (TRT) and I know I should do more while on T3 because of how aggressive T3 can be. My original plan was to do 400mg/wk test (total) but the test I had gotten had a problem so I got more.
My question is, will 400mg/week of test be enough to help fight off muscle loss while cutting on T3 or should I do more? I'd prefer to do as little as possible for obvious reasons.
