    Bulking + Cutting 20 week Cycle

    Hi all,

    Need help in fine tuning/redesigning my cycle. This is my 6th cycle, my first one with multiple injectibles/orals. All previous cycles were simple with Test + Dbol /Adrol for bulking & Test+Winstrol (oral) for cutting.

    My stats are as below:
    Age 34 yrs
    Body weight - 183 lbs
    Body fat - 12%
    height - 172 cms

    The cycle is as below:
    Week 1-5: Deca - 600mg/wk (300 mg twice a week)
    Week 1-5: Test E - 600mg/wk (300 mg twice a week)
    Week 1-5: Dbol - 40 mg ED

    Week 6-14: Tren Acetate - 150mg/wk (50mg thrice a week)
    Week 6-14: Boldenone - 600mg/wk (300mg twice a weeK)
    Week 6-14: Test Cypo - 900mg/wk (300mg thrice a week)
    Week 6-14: Superdrol - 40mg ED
    Week 10-14: Primo - 300mg/wk (100mg thrice a week)

    Week 14-20: Primo - 450mg/wk (150mg thrice a week)
    Week 14-20: Winstrol - 150mg/wk (50mg thrice a week)
    Week 14-20: Test Prop - 150mg/wk (50mg thrice a week)
    Week 14-20: Masteron - 300mg/wk (100mg thrice a week)
    Week 14-20: Anavar - 20mg ED

    PCT:
    Week 18-21: HCG 5000 iu every week
    Week 16-22: Nolvadex 20mg ED
    Week 1- Week 22: Tribulus (oral capsules - Gokshura by Himalaya) 1000mg ED
    Week 16-22: Clomid 50 mg ED
    Week 1-22: Animal Pak 1 packet ED

    Please let me know if this will work, Goal is to gain lean muscle in the range of 15-20 lbs.

    Only 12 compounds? Sure you don't want to try more?

    It's a mess tbh mate. All of it, including your pct. I dread to think what your other cycles and PCT's have looked like, perhaps you could expand and detail your last 2 cycles?

    Btw your diet will dictate your results not an insane amount of compounds.

    ^^ agreed the cycle is horrible and imho it wants scrapping and starting again plain and simple.

    Appreciate the reply. Please suggest improvements in the cycle, additions or deletions required.

    My diet is as below:
    6 am - whey protein shake

    6.30-7.30 - cardio

    8.30 am - Breakfast
    4 egg whites
    1/2 cup grits/oats
    1 chicken breast (6 ounces)

    11.30 am - Snack
    Handful of nuts

    1.00 pm - lunch
    Chicken breast (8-10 ounces)
    Veggies - broccoli & beet root

    4:00 pm - whey meal replacement shake

    6.30 pm - lean beef steak (8-10 ounces)
    2 slices whole wheat bread

    8pm - 9.30pm - workout

    9.30 pm - post workout protein shake
    1 slice watermelon

    11.00 pm - 8-10 ounces fish
    Veggies - broccoli & beet root

    Suggestions to improve diet to match the cycle, will be highly appreciated

    Cycle 1 & 2: done in Jun 2008 & Jun 2010 respectively
    Wk1-4 - Sustanon 250 - 500 mg/wk
    Wk5-6 - Sustanon 250 - 750 mg/wk
    Wk7-8 - Sustanon 250 - 500 mg/wk
    Wk1-8 - Dbol 20 mg ED
    Wk 1-10 - Liv52 DS - one tablet twice daily
    PCT:
    Wk8: HCG 2000iu 3 times, shot every third day,
    Wk8-10: Clomid 50 mg ED
    Wk8-10: Nolva 40 mg ED

    Cycle 3:
    Wk1-6 - Primo 100 - 200 mg/wk
    Wk1-6 - Test E - 300 mg/wk
    Wk1-6 - Winny Oral - 25 mg ED
    Wk 1-8 - Liv52 DS - one tablet twice daily
    PCT:
    Wk7: HCG 2000iu 3 times, shot every third day,
    Wk7-10: Clomid 50 mg ED
    Wk7-10: Nolva 40 mg ED

    Cycle 4:
    Wk1-8: Tmaxx - 500 mg/wk
    Wk1-8 Winny Oral - 25mg ED
    Wk 1-10 - Liv52 DS - one tablet twice daily
    PCT:
    Wk7: HCG 2000iu 3 times, shot every third day,
    Wk7-10: Clomid 50 mg ED
    Wk7-10: Nolva 40 mg ED

    Cycle 5:
    Wk1-8 Test E - 400 mg/wk
    Wk1-8 Boldenone - 300 mg/wk
    Wk1-8 Anadrol - 40 mg ED
    Wk 1-10 - Liv52 DS - one tablet twice daily
    PCT:
    Wk7: HCG 2000iu 3 times, shot every third day,
    Wk7-10: Clomid 50 mg ED
    Wk7-10: Nolva 40 mg ED

    PCT for all cycles has more or less been same. Diet was pretty ok, not as solid as current diet though.

    The cycle i am thinking of will be my first cycle for more than 8-10 weeks.

    Any help will be very helpful. Will be glad to provide any additional info if required.

    Replace your 1130am and your 4pm snaack and shakes with real food to make it 6 meals.
    And no a "meal replacement" shake is not even close to being a meal replacement.

    Other then that it doesnt look too bad.

    Cycle needs some work though, looks very expensive and you could get the same results from that as you would with half the doses of just test and primo alone.

    Thanks Pezcalves, appreciate the suggestion, will incorporate the changes in my diet.

    Any changes you would suggest in my cycle? my goal is to reduce body fat upto 6% and gain muscle in the range of 15-20 lbs. Want to be at 200 lbs with 6% fat

    U either cut or bulk .... The two together is hard and usually dont work so do a cutting cycle then later do a bulking but the two together wont work

    Have few questions:

    1. should i use the same cut cycle as mentioned in my op & then bulk with the bulk cycle.

    2. Should there be a gap in between the both two cycles, or should they be continous without any gap

    3. if you recommend a gap in between them, is it advisable to run a full PCT, before i start the bulk cycle.

    Now thats a real cycle every 6 weeks change ur compounds keep ur body responding if u listen to the actual ifbb pros this is how they recommend a cycle not all this crap u read on the internet that every one keeps regurgitating over an over. It wasnt untill i started listening to the richard pianas an mike polumbos that actualy broke threw my genetics an got some awsome results !

    1 in my opinion ....way too many compounds
    U will never know if anything goes wrong what caused it
    For cutting i would just use test and tren and at the end maybe anavar or winstrol
    2 bulking its up to you but max 3 aas

    If u want to do it by the books Time on = Time off
    ....but U will not listen anyway everybody wants everything right away
    So up to You

    3 yes full pct is advisable
    But if U eat clean...I MEAN CLEAN
    U can cut bodyfat and Gain muscle
    It is just real discipline and if U have the drive on shit food(i call clean food that) For me the plain chicken breast brown rice and broccoli just does not cut it even 6 times a day I can do it for a month or two but im diying by then just cant function good

    Masteron with tren is a nice combo it gives u that lil extra edge on drying u out some. Im running low mast an tren 50mg of mast prop an 50mg tren ace with 750mg sust an its working out nicely a lil dbol on workout days for that extra kick. Im up 15 pounds an went down 3% in body fat im on week 5 i added tren week 3 an mast so i still have a lil way to go.
