So I'm new to this scene, but I've been lifting for over 5 years now and have a very adequate diet. I need help and support from some of you guys. Idk if I can PM yet but my email is open to anyone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Especially considering this is my first cycle.

Well I need help knowing exactly what to take, how much, PCT, pretty much with everything. I was thinking test e with nolvadex. I've read up and that seems to be a pretty basic first cycle.
I was thinking 250mg of test e for 12 weeks. Then of course nolva for the PCT. I'm 5'11, 180. I don't know my exact body fat but it's pretty low, around the 7-8% range. 25 years old.
We will not tell you what to take. The purpose of this board is to research as much as you can until you know what to take and why to take it. We will help you along the way by answering questions, but we will not just tell you to take a particular AAS for a specific amount of time at a specific dosage. Also as far a PM'ing, you open yourself up to scammers. I am under the impression that you are fishing for a source via PM. You should probably edit that.
