so im going to be running a BIG 4 month cycle in about 5 months, nothing to high dosed or crazy however im hoping to get some excellent gains with use of drugs, good diet & hard training
16 weeks altogether and will look a little something like this

week 1-16 900mg testosterone enanthate
week 1-16 600mg deca durabolin
week 1-16 600mg equipose
week 1-16 omnitrope HGH 4iu's a day
week 1-16 6-10 iu's humalog insulin post workouts 2 weeks on 1 week off
week 1-16 arimidex .5mg eod
may through in dome dianabol or anadrol first 4 weeks to get the ball rolling
PCT will be hcg ,clomid,nolvadex & proviron and probally 4-5 weeks

goal for this cycle will be lean bulk and looking to gain roughly 25lbs lbm
be consuming roughly 250-300g protein, 200-300g carbs & 100g fats all from clean lean sources, chicken,beef,fish,eggs,whey protein, oats, sweet potato,brown rice,wholegrain bread, nuts, avacado, brocoli, peas & cottage cheese will be about all there is to my diet & a shit load of water !

any input would be really appreciated

You've run 5 or 6 cycles if there's any truth in your previous threads.

Why not run eq alone again like you did last time?

You're really not gonna gain 25lbs LBM you need to adjust your expectations and your diet, 3000cals a day to get to 240lbs?

ive never made a thread about me planning on running eq alone, why wouldnt i gain 25lbs also i would be aiming closer to 4000. and also maybe drop weight in bf but gain 25lbs muscle so maybe be 230lbs and 10%

bad idea i know however i have come off a eq only cycle at 700mg a week for 12 weeks and gained 9-10lbs lean muscle and dropped 2% b.f with the same diet & training, nothing changed just i added eq. this was 8 weeks ago now and have kept most my gains and recovered fine too with blood work done. so this goes to show eq works for some but maybe not others ! almost gained as good of this as i did 500mg test !!!!!!!! excellent compound IMO !

its pharma grade russian hgh and is costing me over £100 a week at just 4iu's a day
training will be a split probally 3 days on 1 day off. cardio training 2 times a week but only 15 minutes high intensity interval training, also hoping to gain well with insulin but i will be very cautious with it. also this is a cycle plan of an older freind of mine who once won mr great britain a long time ago and knows his stuff

You obviously don't know about what's being pushed in the UK at the moment with gh what is coming from Russia. I can get hold of your Russian pharm grade for half the price your buying them for and also I can get hold of geno pharm grade and also many other makes via Russia and the Ukraine. I can also get hold of 1000 boxes this afternoon so there is no supply issues, wonder why!!!! I can go further into detail but it looks like you trust your dealer but remember he does take money from you so he isn't going to be telling you the truth. Ive talked about this problem a few times but I have a feeling I am wasting my time here in trying to explain whats happening in the UK.
