    Natural bodybuilding

    Is it even worth it?

    I'm 23, 208lbs lean ~9% bf

Been in&out of gym since I was 17. Last 2 years have been into bodybuilding. Through a couple bulk/cuts, I've been able to put on about 20lbs lbm.

You think you put on 20lbs of LBM in 2 years and you think is it worth it, if that's true and I do have doubts if it is then wait till it really gets hard work and things slow down. 10lbs of LBM per yr and you think that's a little return what do you expect for it to be worth it?

Honestly 20Lbm natural in two years is really good.. Even if ur on AAS it is an incredible amount of work as well if not more...

Really? I always thought that with AAS , you could do 20lbs LBM a year no problem. Maybe I'm just assuming enhanced I'd be able to put on so much more mass with my work ethic in and out of the gym.

I guess 20lbs in past two years is still pretty good for natural. Maybe because I'm still relatively young my test levels are still somewhat high. And when I bulk, I bulk hard.

Yes I realize with drvgs, you still need to put in the same amount of work.

Your expectations might be a little on the high side.

10lbs a year of lbm is a lot with or without steroids. I'm happy if I can gain half that in a year.

Take a look at some old pic's of yourself before you put on 20lbs of LBM. Then ask if it's worth it?

Its definately possible to put 20 lbs lbm on a 6 3 frame in two years. Cant see why that's so hard to believe
