Is it even worth it?
I'm 23, 208lbs lean ~9% bf
Been in&out of gym since I was 17. Last 2 years have been into bodybuilding. Through a couple bulk/cuts, I've been able to put on about 20lbs lbm.

*****Just to clarify the 20lbs LBM have been in the last two years of bodybuilding style training/dieting
Worth it??
Just seems like an incredible amount of work for so little return ..
You think you put on 20lbs of LBM in 2 years and you think is it worth it, if that's true and I do have doubts if it is then wait till it really gets hard work and things slow down. 10lbs of LBM per yr and you think that's a little return what do you expect for it to be worth it?
Really? I always thought that with AAS , you could do 20lbs LBM a year no problem. Maybe I'm just assuming enhanced I'd be able to put on so much more mass with my work ethic in and out of the gym.
I guess 20lbs in past two years is still pretty good for natural. Maybe because I'm still relatively young my test levels are still somewhat high. And when I bulk, I bulk hard.
Yes I realize with drvgs, you still need to put in the same amount of work.Originally Posted by tice1212
Your expectations might be a little on the high side.
10lbs a year of lbm is a lot with or without steroids. I'm happy if I can gain half that in a year.

so all those years when I was a kid, young adult, adult, and middle aged without taking steroids were a waste?
U have to enjoy yourself
Cant just go to the gym thinking of NOTHING else but that U have to get big
Its definately possible to put 20 lbs lbm on a 6 3 frame in two years. Cant see why that's so hard to believe![]()
