Hcg mixing question

First off I know this question has been asked a million times but I could not find an exact answer to my question using the "search" button.. I have 2000iu vials of hcg and I need to reconstitute so each shot is 250ius.. I have a 3ml syringe.. So how much bac water do I load in the 3ml syringe?? Thanks

I recently learned this myself so please don't rely solely on my advice until others confirm : )..

If you add 2ml of bac water you simply divide to determine IU per ML.

For instance 2000iu / 2ml = 1000iu per ML, So if you wanted to inject 1000iu you would inject 1ml.

A half ML would be 500ius. .25ml = 250ius

Again I probably should be giving advice but...

it's also easier to measure .25ml on a slin pin, rather than a 3ml syringe..
