Arimidex best dosage?

I was reading through austinite's guide for a successful first steroid cycle. It was recommended to take .25mg arimidex eod. However, I was reading the the page for arimidex in the steroid profile forum and it was recommended to take doses as high as 1mg eod. Would this high of a dose lower estrogen levels below healthy levels? Should I start with .25mg and increase if I start to develop systems of high estrogen?

1mg is the max dose per day. Its recommended to start at .25 and work your way up to .5 if needed. Everyone is different, you may only need .25 ED or EOD.

So you would recommended following austinite's protocol until I experience a reason to increase? If I need to increase is it better to double the dosage and continue taking eod or to continue taking the same dosage but ed instead of eod?

Yes on the first question. On the second, if I feel I needed to increase the dose and was taking it EOD I would simply take the same dose ED.
