I'm on a tren 150mg EOD, Test-E 250mg E4D cycle and from the start have been hitting only quads and glutes.
I'm a month into it and noticed the quads and glutes are now massive, ripped and hard. Not bad considering I barely work them out.
So of course that means "Time to hit the bi's!" to get some size/hardness in there (I'm a leg dude, arms always lacked).
Tried my first bicep shot today and it wasn't half as bad as I thought it would be! Pin going in is painless. Juice going in is a little on the uncomfortable side, but nothing nasty.
So 75mg of tren in each bi and then an hour later "Bi-tri-forearms" day at the gym I have to admit I am quite happy with the results! Finally managed to cook my biceps before I ran out of steam!
I'm definetly a convert to spot injects nownext cycle: Tren+prop ED! hell yeah!
