Hi Guys, first Off pleasure to be here and finally sign up..
I am 28 years old,
lifting on and off
good diet
amature MMA fighter
197 lbs 5'9 i gain the weight after my shoulder injury
first cycle was 2011 with IGF-lr3 20mg bilateral IM injections.
as a stand alone. never did test or pct.
i stop short using it notice my testicles was shrinking and my test level was dropping.
i still felt like i some blood flow lack of vascular .especially to my man part also.
Ive gotten my mojo. but testicle still look atrophy and girth still look to be less full at times depend how excite i feel
still feel my test level are low but doc said it ok
now since it been 3-4 years can i still alter to normal by doing a pct or take test pills? (stupid Question maybe)
now i have a connect with var
i want to use it for cutting purpose only.
aiming to 155-170 ranges figting range
now to be safe is it okay to do 50 mg Var per day for 5 week
for fat lost and cutting
do i need to add test? if so whats the best
can i not just do ZMA? or safe oral test which ever safest and best for me?
do i need to do pct after? if so i have this line up will this be enough

If you have access to your blood work I would suggest posting it in the relevant sub forum here for the guys with experience to take a look at.
You mention your diet is "good" What most people believe to be a good diet, usually isn't I would also suggest posting up your diet in the diet section
And when you say training on and off, what do you mean? You will only see results with a consistent training pattern.

That you again.
Yes pick up my blood work today it was from last year.
By good diet I mean.
I am more into a balance meal with mostly veggies and fruits and juices
But I do aim to get about 160 gram of protein per day
Anymore then that I feel bloated and gas out.
Plus my endocrine told me a year back if can become a vegetarian do so.
i don't label myself but i try to balance it all out..i dont eat process and refine, bleach food.
do eat most of my carbs before and after strength and conditioning. and low on fat..
And by on and off workout
I mean at times i get hurt.
Like sometimes I roll with bigger guys in jujitsu I sometimes get minor setback where I have to take time off.
Again just tryna learn and see about my above mentioning to see if it will be safe for me
and i will post my blood work
