    Clen dosing

    If I'm doing a clen cycle with the below dose progression and up regulating beta receptors with 50mg benadryl every third week would I just keep clen dose at 120 mcg throughout entire cycle once I reached day 10?
    Also would be supplementing taurine to prevent cramps.

    Day 1 60mcg
    Day 2 60mcg
    Day 3 60mcg
    Day 4 80mcg
    Day 5 80mcg
    Day 6 80mcg
    Day 7 100mcg
    Day 8 100mcg
    Day 9 100mcg
    Day 10 120mcg
    Day 11 120mcg

    depends on how you do, i was fine with 80mmcg ed.

    I would HIGHLY rec you grab some Keto and add it to this cycle to make it more effective.

    if your only going to do 10 days on and 10 days off I don't think their is any need for the keto.. if you plan on running the clen for more then two week then use the keto. (I would do 14 days on 14 days off or 30 days on with keto after two weeks) Yes taurine will help with the cramping.

    Also I cant get take more then 80mcg... so once u reach the dosage you can handle keep it at that number.

    T3 should be run with Test because it will waste throw muscle and fat...

    Okay so for the first two weeks it's not necessary to take keto? Once I reach this point what is the dosing of keto? How long do you think clen can be run safely and effectively?

    Most users will extend their use of Clen for 6-8 weeks so keto should be run at day 14 at 2-3mg a day (Take it at Night, It will make u sleepy)
    Taurine MUST be used with Clen at 3-5g daily. Clenbuterol depletes taurine
    levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver.
    Taurine allows the user to avoid the dreaded rebound effect and painful muscle
    cramps. It's a must with Clen.

    Clenbuterol should not be taken too close to a workout. It can interfere with
    your breathing and complete ruin your workout. When doing cardio, it's
    advisable to stay at a consistent pace and avoid HIIT style routines.

    Do not take Clen Past 4pm and drink plenty of water; 1.5-2 gallons a day

    This is how i run clen and keto.
    Days/Clen/Taurine/Keto
    1: 20mcg,
    2: 40mcg,
    3: 60mcg,
    4: 80mcg,
    5: 80mcg, 3grams
    6: 80mcg, 3grams
    7: 80mcg, 3grams
    8: 80mcg, 3grams
    9: 80mcg, 3grams
    10: 80mcg, 3grams
    11: 80mcg, 3grams
    12: 80mcg, 3grams
    13: 80mcg, 3grams
    14: 80mcg, 3grams, 3mg a Night
    15: 80mcg, 3grams, 3mg a Night
    16-30: 80mcg, 3grams, 3mg a Night

    I will raise each dosage.
    For example:
    If I can handle more then 80mcg then i will raise it to 100mcg
    If I start cramping i would up my Taurine to 5 grams

    Correct answer is:

    The norm is to take 1 mg keto for 100 mcg clen. Any more than that is beyond receptor resetting.
    Taurine at 3g a day to a max of 5 depending on your dose of Clen.
    If you are a bodybuilder and using Clen for weight loss you are "using Clen wrong" as compared to how the big name bodybuilders use it. I have posted many times about Clen >> Estrogen and the best way to "damage" muscles using a modified GVT routine rotating weekly on body parts.
    If you are looking to lose weight T3 is the way to go. A billion lab tests available to show you can go on T3 for ANY length of time and come off an it is not an issue. To prevent muscle wastage you need 250-350 Mg test per week to protect the muscles.

    T3 = Weight Loss
    Clen = Muscle Damage for bulk repair building.

    If you have enough Keto just take it every night. It'll help you sleep.
