Hello, I dont have gyno but for some reason I have stubborn fat around my nipples even if im 10% bf. I dont have accumulation of fat anywhere else. I'm currently on sust250/500mg a week, I had chest fat before the cycle. My diet is good and i do cardio. So I was wondering what are the best pills to lose chest fat without making u lose muscles. I also want to know if those pills are just the same thing as any fat burner out there.

So basicly I should just try any fat burners?? But i want to gain so I eat a lot... Is it possible to eat a lot while being on fat burners?
Pick your poison. Cut or bulk. Diet and train accordingly. I recommend cutting if you have excess chest fat and coming off your cut - bulk.

what are your stats, cycle history? Are you running an AI? Are you gyno prone?
what you mean you cant spot train to lose weight. I have been listing to Dr Oz and he says there are miracle pills out there and the infomercials say I can do crunches to get a six pack abs. WTF!!!! :2jk:Quote:

Im currently 8 weeks in of 15w cycle of only sust250/500mg a week. Its my first cycle, so far everything is fine, I took 15lbs since i started but it feels like my chest just got bigger and not leaner as oppose to the rest of my body. I always had puffy nipples even if im skinny. From what i understand if u dont have lumps behind your nipples and they are not sensitive then u dont have gyno, just chest fat right?
The pill ive been reading about is call gynexin, but i dont know it seems like a scam lol. A week a go my dealer told me to start nolva ED, wich I did even if im pretty sure this only helps gyno wich i dont have but i figured i would give it a try.

You should Google Gynecomastia vs pseudogynecomastia or lipomastia. Lipomastia is I am spelling it correctly normally happens in men that are over weight. You dont have to have a lump to have gynecomastia, it is just abnormal enlargement of the breast tissue in men due to hormones. Anyone can have it from young to old.

Agree with Krugerr. You're not 10%, sorry. Probably more like 15-20%. I don't see your problematic chest fat either.

U need to develop ur chest
Push up push ups and more push ups. Do dips and flys and you wil get there. These arent pills they are exercises and they work.
No need for the nova dont waste. Just train that chest.
