first cycle, 250mg per week.
I'm doing my first cycle with liquidex and 250mg per week of test e. I'm not overly concerned about gaining weight, I more am using it for a PED. Should I up my dosage? Is 250mg per week to small of a dose?

My Test levels were 380 when I got them tested, pretty low for my age.
I'm doing a 10 week cycle of 250mg per week.. plus liquidex.
My PCT will be clomid and nolvadex 14 days after my last injection.

Have better endurance in grappling competition, some strength gains, and to be able to look more defined when I go on a cut. I'm not looking to gain a ton of weight.

Recovery after working out is important too. I train a lot so it's hard for my body to bounce back everyday.

250/wk is more than a trt dose. I gained a lot of mass on my first cycle at that dose.

I would bump the test to 500mg/week with a good diet and good training you'll gain lean IF your diet is clean. Its a slow gain but good gains can be made.

So would I notice an increase in energy and endurance from just 250/wk?
So 500 mg/week would be a lot more effective?

500 is a typical cycle.
You would see gains from 250, especially since your natural levels are so low. But they would be better at 500

The idea is that if you're going to shut down your natural test production, do a cycle and then PCT, you should use enough testosterone to get some decent gains while minimizing side effects and risks. 250mg / wk is enough to shut you down. You would see some gains, but you could add more test and see much greater gains without much increase is risk. The magic number for most athletes to maximize gains with minimal risk is 400mg-600mg per week. The overriding recommendation here is 500mg/week. If you will manage you estrogen, use hcg and have a proper pct; you should have some nice maintainable gains with good recovery. The amount of weight you gain will be driven by your diet. If you are trying to stay in the same weight class, you will really have to be strict. You need enough food to feed muscle growth; but not so much that you put on fat. Check out the nutrition section. There is a lot of helpful info there.
