I'm 5"10 198 pounds and 18% BF by the army standard sure it's not accurate. I started my first cycle 6 weeks ago and I'm trying to cut body fat so that on my next cycle I can try and add muscle. I'm using test-p at 110mg EOD. I seem to be getting bigger, definetly stronger, but staying around the same weight. I workout 6 days on and 1 off and do 30 minutes of cardio after workout.

Fish. 40G protein
Brown rice
Spinach 45G carbs.
