Im going to be injecting around the same area, i think that looks alrite hard to tell as the picture is rotated the wrong way!! You want to stay a hand width down from the top of your femur (bone) and a hand width above your knee, any where in between the hands in the centre of the outside muscle. (Vastus Lateralis)
Fine upper outer part.
Divide in to four sections upper outer portion.
