    Does clen work better at lower bodyfat? why?

    I remember reading that clen is more effective on leaner people. Is this true? and why?

    It works great when you are lean bcuz it helps with that extra bit of stubborn fat loss that is so hard to get rid of without a theogrenic.

    Actually, it works well at any body fat percentage. However, unless you have a pretty low body fat (Under 10%), you can lose body fat by simply having an on point diet and working hard in the gym. Clen can be pretty rough, don't use it unless you really need it.

    Clen for weight loss and Clen for bodybuilding is two different animals.

    For BB you need to be at low BF% so the Clen damages the muscles (overcoming your Estrogen protection by a HIGH degree) and does not focus on fat. This scars the muscles and makes them ready for healing and growth. Completely different theory of use than for fat loss.

    For weight loss it works the same at any bf%.

    You have to remember that high Clen and T3 doses will waste muscle at the rate it wastes fat...it does not care where the source is (unlike testosterone ). To prevent muscle wastage 300mg/week test for muscle protection so you will be cycling or blast cruising.

    I believe everything works better at a lower fat percentage because you'll see the results a lot better and faster, whether it be for cutting or mass.

    How much mcg is considered high? Thought clen focuses more on fat rather than muscle unlike T3

    Three things you can do to lose fat. Diet, exercise, and supplements. Most people start out by lowering calorie intake. Aka diet. You cut out a soda a day and you'll start to lose fat. After a time you body adapts and you no longer lose fat from eliminating one soda. So you can adjust your diet some more. And you continue to lose fat. But at some point your life gets in the way. You might get so hungry you want to naw your arm off. And you've stopped losing fat so what can you do? Well add in exercise. You start by 30 min cardio 3x a week. And the fat starts coming off again. But as before you'll hit a plateau in you weight loss. So what do you do? Add in more exercise. And you'll keep adding it in as long as you can. But wait you've cut calories as much as you can and you're doing a sh!t load of exercise but you're still not low single digits in your body fat??? What to do?? This is where supplements can come in. I love clen . Use it to drop down to the lowest body fat I've been for a photoshoot. My blood pressure hates it though.

    So here's a question as most lazy people look for a pill to get their butt in shape. But what happens when they got the plateau with the supplements and they still don't have the body of a Greek god? Increase dose? Sure you can right up until the sides are unbearable or you keel over dead. Or you have to adjust diet and exercise. But since most lazy people don't do that first they aren't really dedicated to fat loss and won't get any real results that last with supplements alone.

    Now keep in mind it's a very over simplified version of fat loss. A good trainer or coach can do wonders with diet and exercise then when you want to get to superhuman status with your physique add in the compounds. Just my$.02

    Eat meticulous, train ridiculous for best results.

    yeah better doesn't necessarily mean better lol. To the eye yeah, but physiologically most likely same shit IMO. When a 200 pounds dude loses 15 pounds, you'll prob still only notice the dude who was 150 and lost 5 pounds. Given same the same height and what not.

    Long complex answer super simplified. Clen will allow you to drop 2% body fat. You think you'll see 2% if you go from 20% to 18% or will you see it more from. 10% to 8%?

    Eat meticulous, train ridiculous for best results.
