What do you think about this cycle? First cycle!
This is my first cycle. I have done an extensive amount of research and the last step for me is to post it and see what you guys think. Please advise on any changes or additions you might think will benefit me and my goals.
GOAL - Objective of this cycle is to get leaned out with great muscle gains. Obviously something you hear all the time but what i mean by it is i'd rather get lean/cut than bulky.
Diet/Cardio will be on point. 6-8 meals a day. High Protein Low carbs. 1-2 hours Cardio a day while lifting 1-2 hours a day. Running/Abs in the morning lifting through out the day.
Cycle
1-12 Test Sust 270 E3D 270mg
1-12 HCG 250-500iu E3D
1-10 NPP 100mg EOD
1-10 Caber 0.5mg x2 wk
1-14 Aromasin 12.5mg ED
6-12 Anavar 80-100mg ED
PCT (start on week 15)
Clomid 100/100/75/50
Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5
Current Stats
24 y/o male
5'10'
210 Pounds
BF percentage around 15 percent
Crossfit x2 years Lifting in gym x3 months

test only for first cycle.
what is your TDEE?
how many calories are you consuming per day?
how many grams of protein do you need? and how many do you eat?

Listen to the vets on here, it might not be what you want to hear. But I'm 31 yrs now and wish I had someone back when I was 20- 25 give me this type of guidance. Instead I had someone trying to make a quick buck and sell me everything under the moon. That dint give 2 f--k about me. Do a lot of planning and diet review before starting

strength comes from the gym, but gains come from the kitchen.
I crunched some numbers for a preliminary nutrition plan for you.
You may not know this, but....
Your TDEE, assuming a moderate activity level is 3200
your minimum required protein intake is 268 grams. However, if you utilize a 40/40/20 macro split, you really need to consume 325 grams of protein per day.
For you to grow, you will need to increase caloric intake above TDEE, suggest that at your age, at least 250 cals/day over with a corresponding increase in protein intake.
If you are NOT doing this, taking any drugs is pointless, as you will not be able to retain ANY of your gains post cycle.
You need to know how to eat before anything else. Nutrition is the least understood, and most underestimated aspect of what we do. This is why so many cycles fail for newbs, because they know nothing about how to eat.

I would rec not working out every day if you want better muscle gains IMO

Thanks Roman! I appreciate the reply greatly. i was planning on sticking around there with my calorie intake. 3000 cal per day until i get to where i want. I just dont want to lose my muscle i have while trying to burn off the little bit of fat i have left. Then i was going to up it and really focus on lifting.
Goal for this cycle to get leanner not bulky. I was on the edge for the NPP and Caber so i believe i am going to cut those 2 out and stick with the sust, hcg , anavar , aromasin . The two biggest things i was wondering was if the aromasin along with the hcg and PCT sound correct for this cycle! PM me if youd like Roman!

lose the var
test only for a first cycle.
test is a foundational steroid , and you need to know how your body responds to it without interference from other drugs/anabolics.
use a scientific approach, and only introduce one unknown variable into the equation in any given cycle.
this is your first cycle, and you are proposing introducing two unknown variables.
suppose you get some weird reaction. how are you to know if it is the test or the var? you won't, because you are not yet familiar with either.

Hey roman. Read your post on TB 500. Is that something I can run my whole cycle? It sounds like everyone is talking positive about the product. Can I take it with my hcg twice a week? What are the major benefits of it?

This is assuming you are not injured and can eat properly
Long Ester
Wk 1-12 Testosterone Enanthate = 250mg twice/wk e3.5d
Wk 1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg ED MIN- monitor and adjust accordingly.
Wk 1-14.5 hCG = 250iu twice/wk - day before test injection.
PCT
Begins wk 15 to wk 19
Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20
could opt to go with test cyp, but long ester is good for first time since it doesn't require as much pinning (more to pay attention to)
