I am in pain an need advice about taking expired dianabol for healing

anyway how is everybody today well heres what happend i fell down earlier today outside on the pavment an twisted my knee an busted my knee wide open yeah there was blood everywhere, an busted my hand wide open as well trying to chase down the Basketball on wet pavment i am setting here typing this message in extremely high amount of pain anyway i have some Expired Globalanabolics Dianabol 10MG Tabs Methandrostenolone on the wrapper it says use by 09/2012 does anybody think it would be ok to take 1 10MG Tab everyday without anti estrogens blockers also will it still work even though that is the expiration date is expired i dont have the money right now to buy any anti estrogen products but i am in pain an really hurting really dont want to bother with the hospital saturday is my Lifting day an i never ever miss a work out also can Dianabol help speed up the healing process ?

@OP:
1- what gave you the idea that dianabol would help you heal from your injuries?
2- assuming it does help with recovery (and it does not but assuming), and without any anti estrogens, wouldnt it be like digging a hole to cover another???
3- so you go on an oral only cycle, and cannot work out, what do you hope to achieve???
