    Ed after cycle??

Was just doing some research for my first cycle in the future (which I've had thoroughly planned out), & the reoccurring theme seems to be that a lot of guys experience erectile dysfunction/low libido even after there pct. (Which would make it not worth it to me)

I wanted to hear from some users if this is a normal thing when cycling. Or how often does this occur.

Lets get all the info and sort this out:

    Age:
    Height:
    Weight:
    BF%:
Cycle details (compounds/ancillaries/PCT and how you laid it out):

I'm heading to the gym right now, but if someone doesn't jump in once we have this info I'll be back in a bit.

Did you have bloods prior and during your cycle?

I'm 22, I was planning on doing a cycle either a few months from now or next year (most likely next year, if at all depending on what info I can find out about this question).
I'm 6'5 255 lbs around 15% bodyfat (May be slightly less).

Here's the cycle I was looking at:
10 weeks 600mg test E split into two pins per week.
1-4 dbol kick starter 30mg Ed
    1-10 arimidex 0.25 Ed

    pct
    13-17 Nolva 40/40/20/20, Clomid 100/50/50/50

You are much too young to be using steroids . Your HPTA and body are still are still developing until you are into your mid 20's. Using steroids before your HPTA is fully developed will likely cause life long side effects (ex. not being able to achieve an erection). More than likely this isn't the response you were hoping to hear. However, the plus side to being your age is that during this time your natural test levels are at their highest. This means you can make explosive gains by eating and training correctly. Use the next few years to prepare for a cycle by doing a lot of reading, learning different muscle building techniques, and find out how to eat to grow.

First cycles are test only. This is because all future cycles will be based on test and you need to understand how your body will react.

I appreciate your response, but I still would like to know how regular of an occurrence it is for guys to get ed or dropped libido after their pct. I've built a huge base of muscle too I was originally 170lbs before I started out and was able to get to my current weight with 19inch arms naturally. Since I love working out I've always been curious about getting that extra edge through gear... Again this is still me being curious I'm still not completely sold on using or not.

Those that suffer ed most likely have not done a proper cycle and pct. using HCG and an AI on cycle are most important to proper recovery.

If you cycle before your HPTA if fully developed then your chances of having ED symptoms will be significantly increased. Even if you don't have problems soon after PCT it raises the odds you will have problems later in life. I'm not saying this to scare you, it's the truth. There is usually someone your age posing on here every other week that they have issues after cycling and need advise. Read for yourself, the link below has a few examples.

Thanks for the input, by the looks of the first cycle I posted. Would that be enough to bypass those sides or does it need to be tweaked if it all. I tried to incorporate everything I thought I needed from my research.

The only way you can bypass those negative side effects is not to use steroids . I don't feel right giving someone your age cycling advise when I know how negatively this can impact your life. I was once in the same position you are now when I was an undergrad. Knowing what I know now I'm thankful that I listened to the people in this forum who told me not to cycle. Please take my advise and wait until you are older.

You seem to be completely ignoring the most important part here; your endocrine system is not fully developed. By the sounds of it, you've very likely permanently damaged it. It is in your best interest to stop planning your next cycle, and do everything within your power to try and regain at least a modicum of your previous HPTA function. I understand that you want to get big, and now; but what is the damn point if your dick won't work? Or you can't ever have kids? Low testosterone is a co-morbidity for a laundry list of serious issues, and you may already be stuck on TRT if you don't start revisiting your priorities. This isn't "I'm aold, your young, so I know better". It's one avid bodybuilder to another, your health comes first!!!

Ha thanks for the heads up. I only laughed because I haven't used at all! & you're absolutely right there's no point in using if I didn't have a fully functioning penis among other things at the end of it. That's why I was asking how common were these sides even with proper pct. (For future reference).

Again a lot of this is stemming from curiosity since I'm around users 24/7

Well sh!t, where did i get that from then? Must be all of the blood in my fully functional penis making my brain not work. Anyways, read the stickies to learn the how, why, and when of AAS. Since your here pop into the nutrition and training forums. Get those in order and all those people you hang around that use will wonder how you're getting fantastic results naturally, and keeping them.

    Welcome to the board!

This depends on so many factors. Nobody can predict how well you'll recover.
