    steroid cycle with my 6 week arm only workout !

    okay so probally going to get flamed like mad here but here goes, after all its only 6 weeks of my life so why not give it a go. basically my arms are my lagging body part so im going to dedicate 6 weeks to just training them, every other day will be arms and that is all, arms are 16 inches now and would love to try add an inch and a half on is possible !!! will be consuming 4000cals a day and training will last 40 minutes.

    workout example
    monday: tri's & bi's & delts high reps 15-20 3 exercises on each & 4 sets
    tuesday rest
    wednesday: tri's & bi's & delts low reps 4-8 reps
    thursday rest
    friday same as monday session
    saterday rest
    sunday same as wednesday session & so on

    il be doing a 6 week cycle with this of prop,npp & tren a & anadrol also pinning 4-10iu's of humalog after each workout. im ugly enough and old enough to know what im doing. may be a waste however i may be pleased with results, like i said its 6 weeks of my life so believe its worth doing. adding an inche to an inch and a half possible guys ??

    training legs releases the most growth hormone therefore assisting your upper body in growing. hit legs once a week atleast. ditch the npp, tren, and anadrol. yes ull get an inch to a inch and a half but its all bloat and not worth the sides imo. run some test E or C get on a good training regimen and grow some real tissue.

    yea pct i know not my first cycle, also test e or c wont be worth running for 6 weeks mate hence the fast acting compounds

    short & sweet & also when u get the best gains first 6 weeks i find. also only want to do this for 6 weeks as in arm training.

    if you are an arm wrestler....
    ....then exercising anything more than ONE arm is a waste! =)

    Great plan. Yeah at 24 your old enough to over train. Small arms stay small. And to run that cycle is laughable.

    one thing, if OP is to only train arms and nothing else could you even get away with training them eod still ? i guess your food wouldnt need to go else wear but does it work like that ?

    if you isolate bis or tris and work them every other day I don't see you getting much growth. Your muscle tissue has to have time to repair in order to grow. I work my arms to where they would be sore 2 days later.Everyone is different but this is true in my case at least.

    Growth comes from an intense workout and then rest. If you don't let them rest ie eod the muscle won't repair and generate new growth. If you trained properly you could not work that muscle eod. That's just fact. Hence your small arms will stay small. I assure you if you trained with the proper intensity and rest you will see results. You are setting yourself up to fail before you even begin.

    Who cares about arms anyway? I'd rather have Big Ramy's enormous quads than any pro bodybuilder's arms. Much more aesthetic, at least to me.

    Pretty sure you use your arms to a certain extent when you do deadlifts. Also, lunges with a dumbell in each hand does some arm work too.
