[Help] 4 Weeks into Test E only Cycle - Questions
Hi guys, everyones probably sick of seeing these threads but I'm at a lose of where else to ask.
Age: 26
Height 5'10
Weight 85kg 187lbs (Start)
Calories: 800 over TDEE (3600)
I'm on my 4th week now of Test E (400mg each week) its a little lower than the normal 500mg dosage.
8th pin was 2 days ago. This is a 12 week cycle
My weight has gone up 4kg (8.8lbs)
Is this number too low? Havent gained anything in the past 5 days even after hearing week 4 is supposed to kick in etc. but nothings seemed to happen.
Also I am starting to get a random rash in places, it appears for a few hours, is itchy but nothing more than just red(possibly from itching it haha) mostly on wrists/knees/elbows.

Hi there.
It is absolutely impossible for anyone to answer your question about the 8.8lbs you've gained, with any certainty. This would be the ultimate guessing game. This is entirely individualistic and mostly diet dependent. It's very possible to inject steroids continuously for weeks on end and not see a single pound of weight gain.
Get blood work to verify your gear is dosed properly. As for a random guess, it seems your gear is working and your diet has been lacking lately; hence the limited recent gains.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

You did not address the rash lol :P
I think if you are asking about gains you should have set your expectation better before starting this journey. A good diet at your size consisting of 3600 calories and 55% protein over 20 weeks of Test E 600mg/week (minimal working out) will net you around 14 kilo lbm gain and 5 kilo fat loss give or take due to variables. Considering you are only doing 12 weeks on a long ester at lower dose you are going to be hard pressed to match those gains no matter what your workout program is. This is why my current opinion of long ester test with no front load is very negative for less than 16 week cycles. You lose 3-4 weeks you could have been at max gains if using a test prop or phenyl prop.Last edited by Chicagotarsier; 07-03-2014 at 09:18 PM.

Its possible that those 8lbs are water weight and now the actual tissue is slowly coming. Dont despair, get blood work. As for the rash be careful there's been some nasty UGL's that sent people to the hospital with MRSA infections.

Everyones different so its hard to say for sure, I just wanted some opinions on if that weight seemed normal etc.
The rash only seems to pop up for an hour randomly, it only started after my 8th pin so may just be the level of test e causing something, just a guess.
Thanks for the input, I'll tweak my diet and see how the next week goes.
