Does anyone know FOR SURE if Running Nolva w/ test will hinder any gains??

This has probably been asked a lot, some people have said NO, and others have said YES. I'm talking about for example as the cycle i'm on and doing at the moment. 500mg Test E per week, along w/ 25mg Nolva per day. Thanks. I started out using adex .5 ED. Gyno was getting worse, so used Letro for 2 weeks and tapered down at teh need, then said screw Adex and started using Nolva for the last month of my 3 month cycle. Any thoughts?? Thanks.

Also a member here got me thinking after reading his post I WILL QUOTE IT BELOW, and am wondering what you guys think about what he says about NOLVADEX in particular, is there truth to that??

Gynecomastia prone on aromatisable AAS same as high BP prone on same AAS. In low dose. Smallest effective dose is best choice need to be evaluated by blood work.
PCT all users in standart dose (0,5-1mg anastrozole ED, 12,5-25mg aromasin ED)
