My 4th Cycle. Critique pls

1-4 Test prop 100mg EOD
1-4 Dbol 50mg ED
1-12 Test E 500mg/week(E3.5D)
6-12 Anavar 60mg ED
1-12 HCG 250iu E3D
1-12 Arimidex .25mg EOD

PCT
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 50/50/50/50

STATS
27yo
6'0
210
12% bf

I am hoping for a gain of around 20lbs from this cycle. I have included the dbol and prop at the start to get things moving quickly, by the time they finish at week 4 the test e will be kicking in and over the next too weeks I will hopefully lose a lot of the bloat from the dbol. For the final 6 weeks I will introduce carb cycling

day 1- 30g of carbs, high fats and protein(calories under maintenance)
day 2- 30-50 g carbs, high fats and protein
day 3 200+g carbs, low fats, mid protein cardio and workout REFEED DAY

and repeat

I think this combined with the anavar for the last 6 weeks will finish the cycle off nicely and leave me at a reasonable bf.

I have though about switching the dbol with anadrol but I am unsure. Used dbol with good results on previous cycles.

Any opinions appreciated

Looks good but personally I wouldn't use two orals in the same cycle. Thant can be a lot for the liver to process. You should front load the clomid dose week one of PCT.

What are you taking for liver support?? I agree w/numbere... Regarding the 2 Orals in one cycle!

If you're taking test prop from the get go, then you dont need the Dbol, its just going to add water. Not sure if this will give you 20lbs. After the water weight is gone, you'll keep about 5 solid lbs.

This is a mirror image of what I run.. Only a few things I would adjust!

Why not sub out the test prop and use NPP in lieu of prop,and run that 10-12 weeks?

I like the pct,But for myself I would utilize Tamox at 60/40/40/20/ and clomid at 100/50

I have used 2 orals with no dramas, I'm not sure about front loading clomid. I have used 50mg with good results on my last pct

Not sure if I want to use NPP at this stage, I am a bit worried about how suppressive it will be.

Why would you use Tamox at the higher doses? I hear so much conflicting info on SERMS but I tend to think 20 does the job fine. I have used Nolva only as Pct before with good results.

I think it will give me good strength and good pumps to get the cycle started well, I agree I will gain water but I think the 2 weeks of no oral before I start the anavar will allow me to drop alot of it.

I am hopeful I get 20lbs or more and hold 10+. I kept 10lbs from my last cycle and it was only 7 weeks long

What do you think about low dose dbol for weeks 1-4? something like 10 mg pre workout and 10mg before bed. I would really like to include it at the start, I feel awesome on dbol, like a feeling of general well-being and I'm in a good mood all day.

No "drama" is based on blood work we assume or just how you felt?
You should triple or quadruple your NAC dosage.

If you got real anavar and not winstrol I don't think it should cause worry.
Anavar is mild on the liver and you have 2 weeks off between.

And the liver is pretty strong.

Running NAC would certainly help and I recommend to do so.
But should be fine.

Yeah make sure that var is real.. If its real then it shouldnt be that bad.. But if its winny or d-bol ur liver is going to hate u.. Get a var test kit.. Cheap and worth it

I would prob just use 1 kickstart. The dbol at a low dose pre workout is def tempting but u will have enough going on by running prop. As far as 20 lbs on cycle .... Hmmm, not sure especially if u r looking to drop the water weight while on cycle at the end . I would frontload the clo @ 100 for a week, and leave the nov at 40/20/20/20 or 40/40/20/20. Realistically 5 solid real lbs on cycle is a success. The carb cycling world work great and u can do it bulking as well as cutting.

If running two orals in the same cycle, I would at least double if not triple your NAC DOSE at 1200mg - to IMO Around 1800mg as KelKel stated.... And he actually said to go as high as 2400mg ed!

To be safe get your BW Done half wY thru cycle and that'll determine your NAC dose for remainder of cycle!

Im not running 2 orals at the same time. But yes I will definately use more NAC
