    Cutting plan - Diet/Training/AAS

    82kg, 171cm

    5x week weight training ( 1 body part per week, volume type ), 7x cardio ( 5x 40min after training session, 2x 60min ).

    AAS:

    Test Prop 40mg ed
    Tren Ace 50mg ed
    Winny 50mg ed
    T3 75mcg ed

    3x week: Chest Day, Shoulders Day, Arms Day Training

    Proteins: 340g
    Carbs: 130g
    Fats: 50g
    Calories: ~2350 + Veggies

    2x week: Legs Day, Back Day

    Proteins: 340g
    Carbs: 250g
    Fats: 0g
    Calories: ~2350 + Veggies

    2x week: Cardio Day

    Proteins: 340g
    Carbs: 90g
    Fats: 65g
    Calories: ~2350 + Veggies

    Any sugesstions?
