    Rate my cycle!

    Hello!

    New member here, i am 5,9 165 pounds i want to gain some weights.

    heres my cycle :

    monday : 1cc test enathate 1cc sustanon

    wednesday : 2cc equipoise 1cc test enathate

    friday : 1cc test eathate 1cc sustanon

    which is 3 cc test 2cc sust 2cc equi per week

    for 2 months and half might go for equi a bit longer

    what do you guys think?

    what is your cycle experience?

    how many years (this last time) have you consistently spent in the gym?

    hello thanks for the answer,

    Its my second cycle for one was 2cc test 2cc equi per week.

    ive been on and off, id say ive been mostly of for the last 6 month but was in great shape when i took off (shouldnt have done that). ive been training for one month now.. i want to be in shape for the summer!

    You should list the doses not volumes. 3cc is a volume. What are the DOSES you will be taking?

    Id like to see doses as mentioned, AI on cycle, and pct plan as well.

    Now I will tell you what I think since you asked

    You are trying to avoid the hard work in the gym to get to where you need to go. So instead, you think taking drugs will get you there quicker.

    I'm willing to bet your lack of experience in the gym is second only to your lack of experience in the kitchen?

    Based on this hunch, I suspect any drug you take to build muscle will only disappoint you post cycle as all your gains will evaporate quickly after the cycle ends.

    There are solid reasons why we say what we say to newbs such as yourself.

    Do the hard work. Spend the next few years busting your ass in the gym.

    Learn all you can about nutrition. Learn your tdee, and how many grams of protein you need to eat to support the muscle growth you seem to want.

    Go to the nutrition section and post your diet, along with your macros. Then we can see how far along on the nutrition side you are.

    Ultimately, your goal is noble, to gain muscle. But I doubt you have yet to master all the necessary tools and techniques to get you there.
