Into first week out of pct and still got hell pimples on my shoulders and upper arms. Does any one have any good tips to combat this problem or do I just have to wait for my hormones to go back to normal?

I usually have them after PCT!
Vitamin B5 is a good for limiting acne. Make sure you're not picking at them and also make sure you're always wearing a fresh shirt and that your bed sheets are clean. Makes a big difference
I second the staying clean part. Mine don't get too bad so I just ride it out.
The only thing that works for me is going to the solarium, seriously 8 min once or twice a week and my skin is flawless. Same as in summer, my skin stays clear just from being in the sun. Sort of makes me only want to cycle in summer.
If I don't go it can get pretty bad, and I have tried every wash and cream there is
After I shower(& use all the products I can - lotions, scrubs for face and shoulder/chest areas,etc...) I get a cloth and use alcohol to wipe down my whole body...plus going in a pool will help dry you out, too ! Haven't had any problems during any if my cycles yet... And I'm 31 - been using AAS FOR bout 4 yrs now, too!
But as you know everyone's different, but I try to take any and all precautionary measures against this(acne/backne... Etc!
