okay so starting my bulk cycle, aim of the gain is to sereously bulk and gain some mega strength training is
day 1: push day (chest, shoulders, tricep) STRENGTH TRAINING 1-5 reps. 1 exercise each body part 5 sets e.g bench press,barbel shoulder press, weighted dips
days 2: legs STRENGTH TRAINING 1-5 reps 5-8 sets squats
day 3: pull day ( back, traps, biceps) STRENGTH TRAINING 1-5 reps 1 exercise each body part 5 sets
day 4: REST
day 5: push HYPERTROPHY 10-15 REPS 2 exercises each body part 4 sets
day 6: legs HYPERTROPHY 10-15 reps 3 exercises 4 sets
day 7: pull HYPERTROPHY 10-15 reps 2 exercises each body part 4 sets
day 8: REST
and so on
each session lasting 50 minutes
CYCLE WILL BE
1000mg sustanon a week 500mg mon/thurs
400mg tren enanthate a week 200mg mon/thurs
arimidex .25mg eod
never used tren before too but dont want to go with ace as cant face eod pinning
diet will be 300g protein, 100g fats & 500g carbs
that diet & training & cycle should give me some decent results right ?
post workouts will be followed with 4-10 iu's humalog insulin gradually tapering up and possibly 3iu's pharma grade hgh
