I've done as much research as I feel I can do on this subject. So now I think it's time for me to jump into it! I know it isn't considered AAS but there are people who are curious as to how well Albut works. So I'm here to be a reference!

- 21 year old Male
- 5'9"
- 195 lbs
- ~15 % BF using that handheld BF calculator
- Been training for 2+ years
Proposed Cycle
5.5 WEEK CYCLE w/ a goal to maintain muscle, maybe increase and lose about 12 lbs.
1st two days Albuterol 3mgx2
3rd day Albuterol 4mgx2
4th day Albuterol 5mgx2
5th day-WK 5.5 Albuterol 6mgx2 ED
WK 2-5.5 Keto 1mg ED
My diet varies a little bit but I will try and keep my macros as strict as possible throughout these 5 and a half weeks.
Preworkout at 5:45 am:
.5 XL eggwhite
1 XL whole eggs
2 oz eye of round steak
1 HEB whole wheat tortilla
Postworkout at 9:00 am:
.5 XL eggwhite
1 XL whole eggs
2 oz of lean turkey breakfast sausage or 2 oz eye of round steak
1 HEB whole wheat tortilla
Lunch at 12:00 pm
1 cup brown rice
8 oz boneless skinless grilled chicken tenders
Snack at 2:30 pm
Quest bar
Dinner at 6:00
.5 cup brown rice or 114 g sweet potato
10 oz boneless skinless grilled chicken tenders or 10 oz of extremely lean steak
115g steamed brocoli
This comes to about a 50p/30c/20f split
WORKOUT
I do a back/chest, bi's/tri's, legs, calves/abs/shoulders and HIIT cardio split. I'll do a 4 day split, 2 days HIIT and a rest day.
