Testosterone Cypionate Cycle?

Names John, I'm 26 years old and weigh 178 with bodyfat around 20-22%. Ive been working out for about 3 and a half years and i have a good diet of 3000+ when im bulking up, im just not gaining enough. I have a Monday-Friday workout schedule, with the weekends off if im extremely tired. Ive been researching steroids and cycles for about 2 weeks and going to give it a shot. I want to run a test cypionate cycle. This is what i'm thinking, please correct me if im wrong. This is my first cycle, so i want to just run test to see how my body reacts to it.

week 1-6 Dbol 30mg ED
week 1-10 Test cyp 500mg per week (250mg Mon & Thurs)
week 1-10 Arimidex .25mg EOD

PCT
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 (start taking 18 days after last pin)
D-Aspartic Acid (DAA), help boost natural testosterone

I have Nolvadex on hand incase gyno sides appear. I have everything on hand. I was thinking about getting clomid as well for the first week of PCT and running it for 50mg? Do i need to do that?
Im also going to draw with an 18g needle and pin with a 25g needle. If anything is wrong, please let me know.

2 weeks ? Bro you need way more time than that . Yes you may have a cycle planned out BUT , a couple weeks of research does not make you think your ready !! Take your time and please take AAS a lot more seriously , it's a life decision IMO . There are tons of risks your putting your body under .

First things first , This is your first go at this so drop the dbol before you really screw yourself up and go with straight test ! 500mg a week and pin HCG same day at 250 iu's 2x wk
Next thing , you missed something in your research about HCG Check into that ASAP
Also , if your concerned about gyno look into raloxifene . Good stuff

Not bashing me at all man! I need to know this stuff! I did look into HCG, but didnt really know if i needed it for this cycle, i thought it was for more complexed cycles, i.e. test/deca cycle, test/sust, etc. Do i just run HCG the same length as my test? (10 weeks)

Dbol is fine. You won't grow kitten ears or screw yourself up. It is just not the mantra preached on this site.

10 weeks on cyp is a tad short. Long esters need more time to build in system. 12 weeks + is fine.

Review the diet and nutrition section. TDEE should be 500+ over and protein macro of at least 50%.

You're over 20% bodyfat and you want to bulk? How fat do you want to be exactly?

For two weeks your research exceeds some who have been on this forum 10x as long lol. it's possible to recomp during first cycle, stay the same weight, just replacing fat with muscle.

I agree you have put together a decent cycle for two weeks research. As others have said safest bet would be drop the dbol, that way you will know exactly how you react to just test. Add hcg, and extend out to 12 weeks. I would run clomid and nolva for entire pct. That being said you are at a high bodyfat. I would cut or recomp and get yourself down to 12-15% bf prior to cycle, based on stats you dont have much muscle to lose to begin with, so I wouldnt worry about a cutting cycle, I would cut natty first and then start building form there.

I did my first shot of test cypinate on Tues today is Thursday felt fine when I took the shot but felt really sore the next two days like a really bad Charlie horse and very minor swelling is this normal to experience for your first time shooting also taking 1 cc every three days is that good to start looking to put on muscle and lean out

This ^^. And drop the dbol. Like Chicago said, dbol is fine but you do not need it. Especially for a first cycle. See how you handle test only and learn from it as best you can. Read Austinites "Successful First Cycle" thread in the stickies please. HCG is needed. Shut down is shut down be it a simple or complex cycle.

Read the thread I suggested. It will answer your questions. And yes, virgin muscle can get a bit sore. You'll adapt. The progress you make will be determined by your nutrition and training, not only what you inject.

Just pin the same two days every week. Ex Monday and Thursday. You'll be fine.

kelkel, Should i get HCG 5000iu? And inject in my stomach (2 inches to the side of the belly button) And should i do a sub-q injection? And should i start HCG on week 3 and stop on week 12?

Yes, run HCG. Now, read that thread! You'll like it.

"not gaining enough," going to have to say this is probably because bodyfat is too high. Drop it down to a true low teens % and you will be surprised how much better your gains will be.

My BF percentage isnt right, i dont have a caliper and i was just estimating, but after seeing all y'all say its bad, i looked at a picture chart earlier and im not near 20. Im more 14-16. And kelkel, Will do! going to it now! Thanks a lot yall!

nah man ur good I'm on my second cycle do 500mg a week testo cyp probly guna bump it up but if I can get good gains on 500 why add other compound or up it that goes the same for you its not a sprint it's a marathon

Necessary is subjective. The overwhelming opinion is yes, run clomid with nolva. They work synergistically together. Follow that link to the letter and you'll be fine.

What is 1 cc every 3 days? A cc is a unit of measure and is the same thing as mL. What is the ml per mg?

1 ml every 3 days and one more thing took my first shot Tues pain is almost gone just a bit sore (thigh) but noticed yesterday slight redness in the site area is this normal

muckrag, hes talking about how many mg's per 1ml/cc you are taking. And yes, its normal, as kelkel said, virgin tissue can leave redness and get sore, but you'll adapt.

Alright, I'm getting clomid, hCG (bw, and the supplies for it), and im also picking up some NAC N-Acetyl Cysteine to protect my liver. Im taking out the DAA because it can be suppressive towards the htpa.

Okay, so an overview of my cycle:

1-12 Testosterone Cypionate: 500mg/week (250mg M & Th)
1-12 NAC N-Acetyl Cysteine: 600mg ED (protect my liver)
1-12 Arimidex: .25mg EOD
3-12 hCG: 500iu/week (250iu M & TH)

PCT (start 18 days after last pin)
Nolvadex: 40/20/20/20
Clomid: 75/50/50/50

I will have everything on hand when I start. Using an 18g needle (1.5 inch) to draw and 3ml syringe with a 25g needle (1 inch) to pin with. Im also using a 1ml syringe with a 29g needle (.5 inch) for my hCG.
Is everything g2g now?
