how old are you now? Profile says 24. I think you need to get to a endo asap. You might have messed yourself up proper. There have been a couple of threads about long term use of aas. Have you used any AI or HCG ?

I wouldn't beat myself up about what you have done man. What is in the past is in the past. It's super gnarly, but it's time to move forward. If I was you, I would personally taper my dosages and ween off. I would drop anything but test immediately and cut your test dose in half. Then in two weeks half again. Get to around 200mgs weekly and quit. You can either go see an endo, get your blood run, and you might end up on TRT. Or you can blast hcg with clomid and see if you can revive your natural production. Some will disagree with me, this is just what I would do.
What I wouldn't do though is trip out on what's done. What you did is very wreck less and stupid, but people have done worse. Please update this thread on what you decide. You might be helping more people than you know. Good luck bro

I'm in agreement with the drop everything but the test approach since you still want to "feel" good as you taper down.
My recommendation is that you get yourself down to 100mg/wk (injected every 3.5 days) alongside HCG at 350IU X 3/week. This would be a TRT approach, and I feel it would be a good baseline to allow you to judge how you feel. I also recommend you run this for at least 6-8 weeks as you want to allow the HCG to get your nuts working again before you stop.the test.
Keep in mind that you will loose strength, do don't get depressed as you're now mimicking a natural hormone environment. Once you drop the test, keep with the HCG, and get blood work done 5-6 weeks after dropping test. In my opinion, at that point your doc can judge whether TRT is the way to go, or if you bounced back

Geez a 4 year cycle thats a long time. If you want to try a regular PCT then you should stay on cycle for 6-8 more weeks while using hCG then run a nolva + clomid PCT. The other PCT option I know of is the power PCT program by Dr Michael Scally.

Your HPTA / Endocrine System is what I was talking about. Austinite wrote about it in this thread so I dont need to re-explain it. http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...ffect-you.html

Op i have a friend that was on for 7 years straight. He had a hard time coming off. But once he got on trt and stabilized things got better. In his case he had to get on an anti depressant also. In my opinion he would of had to anyway. My best advice is to take a step back. Try to relax, your still alive and know you need to make changes. Drop everything but test. Then after 2 weeks start dropping your test. After you get 50 post pm me. I might be able to help you alittle, i too use to be heavy(328lbs) and used too much aas when i first started. Stay strong and do what you need to do. Feel free to pm me.

I've been on for 6 years by choice. I'm 12 years older, though, and I stick to TRT doses with occasional low dose cycles thrown in.
If it turns out you can't get your natural testosterone back, it's not the end of the world. It means you'll be on TRT for the rest of your life. That's not a bad thing in my opinion. You shouldn't normally need it in your 20s, but I think most guys should be on it once they get into their 40s and 50s. It makes a big difference in quality of life as you get older.Last edited by m314; 07-11-2014 at 07:30 PM.
