I've been wanting to start a cycle for a few years now but wanted to wait until I'm 19. That day has finally come.

I just want your guy's opinions on what I should cycle with seeing as most of you have all used gear before and I have not. I want to start with small dosages if possible . needles don't bother me. I'll give you my stats.

    Age: 19
    Height: 5'11"
    Weight: 187
    Experience: 3 years

I basically live in the gym.. I've liked the results I'm seeing from clean eating and consistency but I want more. I plan to compete in the next year or so. If you would be able to help me with what I should take and how long/ when to take it I'd be forever grateful. I have been doing research for a while now but want some expert opinion

    Thankyou

Others will contribute but not many will encourage steroid use at your age, and honestly at 5'11, 187lbs, you're light and sounds like you need more food than anything else.

Also, for someone committed to competing, I would expect you to have done more research instead in asking for someone to suggest a cycle. That request seems to imply a lack of committment.

You got a long life ahead of you. Don't rush into AAS use.

    Mate,

We get these requests all the time from youngsters. If you have read these posts with any regularity, you would have heard dozens of times:

*steroid use before full hormonal system development can impart risks above and beyond that of someone past their mid twenties
*instead, become a diet guru, and be the master of your body. Understand how it works, and what to tweak to get a specific result. Many/most do not quite understand this, yet is actually much more important for those that do not understand this, than taking any anabolics
*and then, in 4 or 5 years, when you are fully grown, this can be an option where you can learn to mitigate the risks.

So, back to the nutrition. Do you know your TDEE? And what are you averaging regularly? How many grams of protein per day are you consuming? is it enough? are you sure?

what is your body fat %?

if you take steroids, even when you get older, if you do not eat adequately to support your gains post cycle, they will not last long at all.

    Diet is king.

Steroids is for later in life.

    Good luck!
