    My First Cycle

    Hello I am starting my first cycle.
    I am 6 foot 160 pounds and 10% body fat. Naturally lean.

    Monday 1cc Test Cyp 300 with .8cc of Decabol
    Three times a week test prop 100 1cc with .8cc Decabol. Also 50mg of Dbol everyday. I am curious of what size I will see in 4 weeks, and then 6 weeks.

    You need to get your diet in check. You are to light you will lose everything after your cycle.

    The size you gain will depend on your TDEE and how much you eat beyond that, not the gear you take. If you are under feeding growth, growth won't happen. Nutrition and nutrition alone fuel your gain. Needles and pills no matter how much you take will grow new muscle if you aren't eating amounts needed to grow and training correctly.

    The same is true of maintaining any new growth. You will need to adjust your caloric intake to your new TDEE after the growth to maintain it or you will lose it all.

    Nutrition and training are the key determinants. The pros get as big as they do because the cut NO corners when it comes to nutrition and training. The gear gives them the competitive edge, but poor eating and training will give you poor results EVERY TIME.

    Yes sir. 6 foot and 160lbs, he doesn't know how to eat. If he did, he'd be starting off with a bigger base to build from. Steroids won't drive growth without the fuel he needs from his nutrtion.

    No sorry I meant 170. I typed this on my phone. I was a competitive runner in college D1. I know how to eat and lift. Before running I was 190. Just am really lean.

    Those numbers (190) are more respectable. What are your planned daily calories and macros? Those are the numbers that will determine success.

    Many guys mistake clean eating for proper eating. It's not just the quality but quantity of food you consume. The majority of guys new to steroids often underfeed themselves for where they should be eating on cycle.

    1,200 calories from protein, 1,200 calories from carbs, 1,080 calories from fats= 3,480 calories a day.

    How is this?

    I am 170 right now. With less than 10 body fat. I need to gain size for mma that I am doing.

    This is the point I was making. You need to spend a lot more time planning you nutrition and the meals you will eat. You're asking how much you will gain but you haven't put enough time into the most important driver of success with anabolics - FOOD.

    We aren't trying to frustrate you. Many of us know from first hand experience the importance of nutrition and the failure of cycles from underfeeding.

    Incidentally, have we covered your age yet?

    eat more foods and you will achieve this. Adding steroids isn't the answer. Yeah you will most likely blow up but you will lose everything afterwards and be right back where you started. You need to learn to grow with food before you learn to grow with aas. You learn to crawl before you learn to walk.

    What if I were to add another lean chicken or steak meal instead of the shake?

    One of those was a post workout shake.
