Thyroid Panel Test while on T3

I was running a high dose ofT3, to boost weight-loss post cycle-midway through my T3 and Clin I get called in for a physical, as I'm still on active duty. This is part of my upcoming retirement. Of course the draw blood and find my TSH is low T3 high high, and T4 was marginal. So their first questions were "marks are you on Armour Thyroid or Cytomel?" I said no and that I was only taking herbal supplements from the health food store. Is anyone else face the similar situation?
