First cycle , test p and test e
Hi , im about to do my first testosterone cycle and ive been training for about 4 years. I will start by injecting test p every other day and test e every fifth day. This is how my cycle will look like,

My diet consist of chicken , rice tuna , salmon and sweet potatoe. Also some avocado , cashew nuts and with that some olive oil. My daily calorie intake is 2661 kcal to keep my weight , but since im going on a diet i will reduce the amount of calories to 2000-2100.
Stats: 210 kg deadlift , 110-120 kg bench press , 170 kg on squat.
My main goal is mass , so my training will be high intense and heavy.
Im 166 cm tall on 90 kg bodyweight , bodyfat precentage is around 20-25 %
