First cycle , test p and test e

Hi , im about to do my first testosterone cycle and ive been training for about 4 years. I will start by injecting test p every other day and test e every fifth day. This is how my cycle will look like,

My diet consist of chicken , rice tuna , salmon and sweet potatoe. Also some avocado , cashew nuts and with that some olive oil. My daily calorie intake is 2661 kcal to keep my weight , but since im going on a diet i will reduce the amount of calories to 2000-2100.

Stats: 210 kg deadlift , 110-120 kg bench press , 170 kg on squat.

My main goal is mass , so my training will be high intense and heavy.

Im 166 cm tall on 90 kg bodyweight , bodyfat precentage is around 20-25 %

If there's anything you think is wrong or anything i should change ill be happy to listen, any kind of help will be helpful.

You're 21 and should not be cycling. Your natural test is peaked right now so why F with it? If you're not gaining then examine your nutrition and training. Wait a few years. And yes, there's a lot wrong with what your proposing beyond what I just said. Others will fill you in....

Training for 4 years and you are 25% bf? Something doesn't seem right with that. Either your training is off or it's your diet.

for about 4 years ago i had maybe 40 % bodyfat and was fat as **** , today i have more mass than i had ten since im almost the same weight i was 4 years ago but a much better body and definitely much better conditioning , strenght and mass.

You need to get your bf down a lot more before cycling. You will most likely have complications cycling with that high of bf.

I know ive been reading som information regarding cycling if u have a high bodyfat precentage , but that wont stop me , ive seen people with a body fat precentage like mine if not higher , get fine result with some test , and none sideeffects expect gyno and joint problem.

If you already have your mind made up what is the point of posting here. Your dosages don't make sense, your to young, and your bf is way to high to be cycling.

Doesn't matter. You're still carrying too much body fat to cycle anything. It's great you've brought the bf down, but keep training naturally. You do NOT need steroids at 21 and with a body fat over 20% your risks of peripheral artery disease, embolisms, elevated serum estrogen, prostate enlargement, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and hypercholesterolemia are significant.

Yes, and as indicated, your doses for a first cycle are ridiculously excessive. You're setting yourself up for health problems.

Damn you guys really scared the shiit out of me. But One of the risks with cycling while having a high bf is that it can convert to estrogen more am i right?
But can't you just take arimdex or anything similar to get the estrogen down?

An AI will help reduce the rate of aromatization, but it's unique for each person. No two people will aromatize at the same rate. That's why two people can take the same dose of an AI and one can have greater problems controlling aromatization than the other.

Starting off with a higher level of body fat means you will have more serum estrogen than someone with a much lower body fat. Moreover, breast enlargement is only one of many problems with elevated serum estrogen. High levels of estrogen increase your risks for cardiac diseases, unfavorable changes to your blood chemistry, prostate enlargement (and risks for prostate cancer), decreased immune function, delayed wound healing (so injuries can heal more slowly), reduced bone turnover and softening of bones, and increased risks for metabolic disorders and type 2 diabetes. Most of the guys giving you advice from the gym aren't medically trained and have spent very little time actually learning about the full spectrum of anabolics and the ancillaries used to regulate the side effects.

Kel is one of the most respected members on this forum and has a physique most guys his age could only dream of and the advice he offers is based on real world knowledge, not hear say.

The advice we offer is to keep you safe. I know its not what every young guy wants to hear. Many your age want a lean, chiseled beach body to impress the women. There are no quick results. It takes time and commitment and the moment you try to cut corners or ignore important markers of health, you can cause some serious damage - I found this out the hard way last week when I ruptured two arteries due to severe hypertension from high doses of gear I thought I could handle.

I've been in medicine for 18 years. I know a great deal about anatomy and neuroendocrinology, but believe me, the moment you think you know more than you do, you may find yourself humbled pretty quick by a trip to the ER. In the past 7 days I've had 4 trips to the ER, and 3 to the ENT to have ruptured vessels cauterized. I'm lucky that I understood what was happening and can avoid the risks in the future, but it was totally ignorant of me to think I could dodge the risks of hypertension when years of medical training told me otherwise.

I help where I can. I probably take more away than what I give to this forum from members like yourself, Kel, Austinite, Marcus, JimmyInked, and numerous others.

It's a great community for a great lifestyle, but newbies need to appreciate the real risks of these compounds. I know sometimes I may come across as threatening or overstating risks. Strokes and heart attacks are uncommon but the problem is that there are very few warning signs before they can strike and when they do, they can be fatal or near fatal.

Like everyone else, I want guys to enjoy the benefits of anabolics without being cavalier about the risks, consequences, and their health. The past week has been very humbling and an eye opener. Like many, I pushed my limits until I apparently exceeded them. Now I'll have to take a step back, focus on putting my health back in near perfect order, reset, and move forward towards my goals once my body has had the time to properly heal itself.

Gear only makes us FEEL invincible. ;)

You can dose adjust and many do. Again, you need to appreciate the risks with these drugs. Common side effects of aromatase inhibitors include but are not limited to:

- arthralgia (joint pain)
- mylagia (muscle pain)
- headaches
- hypertension
- insomnia
- edema
- constipation
- dyspnea (shortness of breath)
- hypercholesterolemia
- diarrhea
- increased risk of infections
- blood clots

.......to name just a few. All are dose dependent, so the higher the dose and the longer the use, the greater the risks.

I know that all your trying to do is to pass on the right information to newbies like me and i thank you for that , but kinda feel dumb not to cycle just bought some gear feels bad to spend money on it then not use it ;) :(

But imma research more and see witch path i take haha.

This is going to be my first time doing a cycle and I'm looking for some advice and opinions. First il tell you a little bit about myself I'm 26, 6'1ft and 181lb. I've been working out for around 3 and a half years now. When I started I weighed 150-155lb, I'm now at the point where I've hit a wall and decided to take it a step further and a do a test only cycle(400/10-14weeks). I have test 400, arimidex, hgc, chlomid and nolvadex. Any suggestions on what might cycle might look like and any other suggestions or things I should look out for?

Say if you use a-Dex for an AI... If you dose that too high you could crash your E2 at levels I believe you were talkin bout! Just my .02...
