I doubt Clen is being manufactured in the form of 4mg tablets. Giving you the benefit of the doubt I would say just constitute it in a sterile vial and measure you necessary doses that way. But 4mg, that's just crazy.

Its from pharmacom. It could be a typo? It says 4 mg for sure.
