    Laymans guide to steroids questions!!!!!

    in lAymans guide to steroids , his son chris makes unbeilvebale progress in 11 months im sure youhave all seen pictures of him...does anyone know the cycle that he did? or what it said in the book that he did over that 11 month period

    lol, u prolly have to buy the book to find out and we really dont know if that was him in 11 months, i mean i saw the transformation and it wasnt that sensational, with just 2 good cycles and great dieting and training u can easily achive that. by the end of my second cycle my competitin weight will be 219 lbs (i think so, im prett ysure). im 6 weeks into my first cycle. but yeah his son looked really good ! but i read a review of the book, and some guy said that he used alot of cussing to get his point across and that it was good for begginers.

    imho, that guy did about 2 - 3 cycles, 1st cycle would be like
    d-bol/deca /sus/fina/winny, then second cycle might have involved anadrol , 750 mg of testosterone /winny/clen ...blah...blah...

    Fookin bloddy hell...I just bought em 2 weeks ago! Do you have the Chris Hart report available for download? The one that has his son's routine and such? I did enjoy the layman guides though...even having paid for em!
