I've always used tabs and my source only had ugl liquid. It is settling a thick white on the bottom which I read is normal. Should I eat it up or just shake it alot each use?
The stuff taste like shiiiaaat. Ever clear but worse.

Warm it up and shake a bit. Not too crazy you dont want it to foam up. Warm it up in water, dont microwave that shit or shiiiirley the hormone will be destroyed!!!

Its a suspension man. Even injectable winny is a suspension and settles. Shake it and use it. Do not warm it.

Shake well before each use. Put it in empty gel caps to avoid taste.

Yeah, the suspension tastes pretty bad. I just got used to it. Not very helpful but you'll live.
