    First cycle ADVICE PLEASE!

    Hi All,

    I'm about to start my first cycle in a few weeks and would like some input on whether or not the dosages and PCT look good. I'm 6ft 192lbs 12%bf. I've been training and dieting correctly for close to 4 years.

    Cycle:
    100mg Tren A EOD
    150mg Test Prop EOD
    Armidex .25 EOD

    PCT:
    Clomid 100/50/50
    Nolvadex 20/20/20

    Any input would be great. Thanks!

    First, no one is going to condone or encourage a 21 year old to use anabolic steroids. The HTPA continues to develop until much closer to 25 years of age. Taking anabolic steroids will shut that pathway down and you may encounter a lot of issues trying to restart a suppressed HTPA. We have plenty of young men your age who cycled at the same age despite being told not to. They did anyway and many have erectile dysfunction issues, low libido, depression, and some even struggle with ongoing myalgia and arthralgia due to low T levels. Many more are already on TRT for life at the young age of 21 and that simply isn't smart. I know this isn't likely what you want to hear, but we will not encourage a 21 year old to start using anabolics.

    Second, Tren for a first cycle? No. It's a harsh compound with many side effects: insomnia, dysphoresis, hypercholesterolemia, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, and more.

    Third, at 6ft, 192lbs, you are still on the light side. Based on those numbers alone, I find it hard to believe you have reached your genetic potential. How was your bf calculated?

    Have you calculated your TDEE and what is your nutrition plan? These two questions will have more to do with how successful you are than any steroid.

    I couldn't access my first thread that's why I posted another one. After I posted this second one I have access to my first one too for some reason.

    My TDEE is 2886 cal/day, I'm currently consuming between 3400-3600 depending on the workout I'm doing. I do cardio in the morning (HITT or swim) and lift in the evening. I track everything I eat by measuring it and storing it in an app on my phone. My diet consist of roughly 400-450g of protein/200-220g carbs/ 70-80g fat. My diet is pretty solid and I'm consistent with it, I feel I've hit a wall which is why I'm thinking about a cycle.
