Getting ready
I am starting to prepare myself for the possibility of using steroids . I have a couple questions. I am a sorta a heavy drinker. What should I do to prepare my liver. Besides stop drinking. And to build size, what type of workout is the best. Super setting? Or lifting heavy? Thanks

I would train hard and smart with proper diet and no alcohol in my life for a while before using steroids . A year at least. You wouldn't believe how much that stuff holds you back. If you get all you can naturally first then you will have a better physique in the long run.

I got to a point about three years ago I was drinking way too much, so I had to quit but I'm not going to tell you anything about your choices. However, working out, lifting, cardio, etc. is to change my body, my lifestyle, to get and stay healthy. Drinking to working out is like eating doughnuts while dieting. It's so counterproductive.
So, my advice to you is to read all the important stickie threads, study the nutrition section, etc. so you can make informed choices. There are some supplements to help your liver health. You can make it as complex or as simple as you want. In the end, it comes down to stressing the muscles, nutrition and rest. Plain and simple, but you've got to find just the right balance for your specific body.

Stop. You also posted you are starting HRT. Dont consider running any cycles until you have everything worked out with the HRT part. That will probably take a good year because you will be doing blood work every 3 months or so to check levels.
Also from your other post the doctor you are seeing has no clue what he/she is doing. 100mg injection every 2 weeks is going to mess you up worse than you are now. You need to find someone who know hormones such as a LowT clinic. It's not nearly as easy as injecting testosterone 1x a week and being done with it.
Please get your HRT worked out before thinking of doing anything else.

Thanks for all the posts I appreciate them all. I ate the drinking thing and nutrition, but the booze pretty much the unhealthiest thing I put in my body. I think I eat good, wife is a very good cook. I. Am confused on some of the terms used. What is HRT? And how is a 100mg of Test-c going to hurt me? I understand that this is not a good time to start injecting more Test as I will be doing blood work every 6 weeks for now.

I am going to clinic for testosterone shots. No self medicating here. I just wanted to know if
100mg every two weeks is going to benefit my life and my work outs. Thanks

If going to a clinic and they prescribe (or sell) that protocol then you should find another clinic as they are clueless. Test's half life is app 5-7 days. Pretty much the second week you will feel like crap and be on a hormonal roller coaster. Read the stickies in the Hormone Replacement Therapy Forum and begin self-educating yourself. It will help you a lot.
Several books you could pick up that will help greatly:
Nelson Vergel's "Testosterone , A Man's Guide
Shippens: "Testosterone for Life"
Crisler: His on line book just came out, hard back to follow. Name escapes me at the moment. I searched it up: "The Low T Book"

I take this as well as NAC and Palmetto. I wouldn't suggest drinking on cycle though personally.
