Test Cyp / Arimidex

Hi Everyone ,

Im on week 10 of Test C 3 cc a week and got a Lump in my left nipple .

Im on day 4 of Arimidex 1mg a day . Trying to hit it hard .

Question is ; Whats the protocol for Arimidex ? I was told 1mg every day for first 5 days , Then 1mg every other day till its gone .

Stats ; 40 years old . 176lbs 5'10

Got lump last year in same nipple on Test E and had to start Nolva and run it right into my PCT . But didn't use Arimidex last year.

There is a great gyno sticky here just look for that. Were you running adex as your AI or not using one at all?

There is no protocol for Arimidex with respect to gynecomastia. Use nolvadex or raloxifene (preferred).

Thanks , I wasn't running an AI at all . I started Arimidex as soon as I got lump , probabaly too late ...

Thanks , I had to use Nolvadex last year on my Test E cycle , from about week 8 into pct and a couple months after that and it finally disappeared
