Absolutely, low T has been present in many of the cases where males have diabetes. Just do a quick internet search for diabetes and low T and I am sure tons will come up. Here is one such reference..

Testosterone and Sex Hormone–Binding Globulin Predict the Metabolic Syndrome and Diabetes in Middle-Aged Men

EDIT: I should have clarified, this is under the assumption you have a hormone imbalance such as low T due to extended AAS use or improper use.

Let me know if you have any more questions or want some personal experiences, if there is something google can't find. I have a few close friends and relatives with diabetes and hormone imbalances so I have picked up a lot over the years.

Best thing to do at the end of the day is go to a doc and get some blood panels done up so we can see what chemical imbalances, if any, you have.

That would be the opposite of diabetes. And yes, steroids increase insulin sensitivity.
