I've seen enough total body composition scans in 18 years of medicine to know what 30lbs of mass is composed of so please stop pretending I'm as ignorant as your gym buddies.
You've already admitted your diet needs work. You don't get committed later. You get committed now. Knowing when, what, and how to eat are far more important than figuring out what pills to pop or juice to shoot, but like many before and many more after you, it's a secondary concern when it should be your primary concern.
I don't recall saying you had fooking love handles. Maybe you do, maybe you dont. To be honest I could care less about your love handles. What I said was, BMI is a useless index and your body fat is likely a bit above 14%.
You don't need a kick start. You don't need winni. If you think you need steroids, keep the cycle basic with a single testosterone ester AND a proper diet and see how that goes.
