9 weeks later and testicles haven't recovered. HELP!!
Hey all, I'm new to anabolics and I finished my first 9 week cycle on Sust and Deca . 50/50 or 1cc/1cc and then PCT'd with Clomid which was - 300/100/50 for 1/10/10 or 21 days. 9 weeks was due to my trip to Vegas, I had to cut it short..
My concern, is my testicles still being small. Did I not use enough stuff in my PCT? It's been 9 weeks since my last Sus dose. (I stopped Deca a week before stopping sust) and the clomid doesn't seem to have helped size. My sex drive and production is fine but they're still atrophied!! I'm scared to cycle again because of this. Should I wait to cycle again? Will they get even smaller if I do? Should I consider HCG next time before my PCT? I've searched the boards but can't get a specific answer to my issue with size. Maybe Nolva is in order? Thank you so much guys, I look forward to getting your experienced replies!

Get Nolva and clomid. Run the Nolva 40/40/20/20. Run the clomid 100/100/50/50. Wait 6 weeks after you stop pct and get blood work done. Good luck.

Drop stimulants such as caffeine or any other diuretic. Ever since I ran a cycle everything has recovered but I still get baby balls if I take any form of diuretic or stimulant. Its weird, if I lay off them for a while and stay VERY hydrated they drop after a few weeks. Makes no sense but give it a try.

That's an odd PCT you choose. IMO you should wait at least 14-15 weeks before cycling again. Maybe you can use the downtime to do more AAS research. Yes you should use hCG while on cycle, it will hasten your recovery. The volume of your testicles is not a good way to judge recovery. The only way to to truly know if you've recovered natural test production is to have BW done.

did you measure them before and after? haha
If your like me they chill up there every now and then and that's aways when I get this fear. Go in the sun or take a hot shower to get nice and warm and grab those puppies when they're sagging, if they do so you can get a better sense of they're size. Maybe its in your head.
Try torem if clomid didnt work. Unless it did at the time you used it, think back.
Heard some great things about toremiphene and I just blasted HCG pre PCT on a 16 weeker of test e when I did my first cycle and used Torem and nolva and aromasin and my puppies were coming back very fast, but they didn't really shrink. Also age could complicate this. The older the greater, although slight depending how old, the chance of testicular problems. Cause be a LH issue or others too. Have you gotten bloods to see if you actually recovered completely?

Man.. the guy I get it from uses heavy stuff like tren and what not so I figured he knew what he was talking about. Is it too late or should I try to PCT again? I don't even know if that's possible or not though. But I will definitely wait it out another few weeks before trying to cycle again. I'll get bw done just in case I'm not producing like I should. My next cycle plan is Test E and EQ for 18 weeks. Anyone mind giving me a sample PCT for that? I need to do more research on HCG though. Thanks again!!

Before you do anything get some BW done so you can get an understanding of your serum levels. It's possible that your natural test production has recovered but your testicle volume has not. IMO your next cycle should be test E only. This way you can learn how your body reacts to test and a proper PCT. EQ is is a poor choice for physique enhancement because requires high doses, does nothing for muscle building, and will increase your RBC to near dangerous levels. It would be in your best interest to read the attached thread and database if you haven't already. They will answer most if not all of your questions.

THank you for your response. I heard EQ would help keep me leaner. Test E only? Perhaps that's for the best but I hope I can stay lean. My question still stands though, should I cycle again before my testicles grow back or should I wait? What if they don't grow back for months, I don't want to lose my progress... sitting on my hands is hard to do haha but I don't want them to shrivel up and fall off

I'm also reading that hCG can be used during a cycle?? I've heard mixed opinions on this and I'd rather stay away from it all together if I can. I'll just up my PCT game and be done with it. Test E at 750/wk for 18 weeks.
Also, can nolva, clomid and aromasin come in pill form? And where is a good legit place to purchase this? Thanks thanks thanks you guys

Yes your next cycle should be test only. You can cut or bulk on test, your results will depend heavily on your training/diet. it's completely up to when you begin your next cycle. If I were you I would get labs done in order to be certain natty test is back and wait until normal testicle volume returned before cycling again. The best thing you can do to keep your gains is to eat enough calories to support your newly formed tissue and continue training hard. You should use hCG during your next cycle. HCG is an inexpensive insurance policy. HCG mimics LH so the testis will continue producing test when your HPTA is shutdown. This will hasten your recovery. For many people hCG stops testicular atrophy from occurring. Yes nolva, clomid, and stane come in tab form. You will get more consistent doses by ordering liquid suspension from our site sponsor ar-r.

Very good!! Even if I'm not fully recovered, is it a sure thing that I will eventually, naturally? What happens if my testosterone is still low, what are my options? I feel now that maybe it's not just the size, but the amount of sperm I produce is a little low and I'm still coming up with a little bacne, which is annoying and probably should have stopped by now (I assume). Is it possible that I'm still producing too much estrogen? And what can I do about it a month after the end of clomid? ... Sorry about all the newb questions. I'm reading as much as I can and will consider HCG .
Thanks for the links!

There is no guarantee you will recover completely. Many guys your age are here because they screwed themselves up permanently using steroids .
The time to learn is BEFORE you start messing with these drugs. Educate before you medicate. Did you honestly believe there would be no repercussions manipulating the hormones in your body? The same hormones that regulate sleep, appetite, cognition, sex drive, digestion, metabolic rate, immune system function, and more?!?
If you haven't had recent blood work, that is the only definitive way to know what's happening and how well you're recovering.

Yes, I suppose I should have had blood work done and gotten a second opinion before diving in. The guy I buy from has been on for 3 years and he's PCTd fine with just clomid.. I'll be getting blood work done asap so I can figure it out. At least I don't want children haha, not that I think I'm that behind but it's the 'not knowing' factor that's getting to me, as I'm sure it does everyone who doesn't recover as fast or found out they made an error. But thanks for your response buddy.
Does anyone else have any experiences I can relate to or any other suggestions besides bw? Just still wondering if there's anything I can physically do to help myself or if it's just a waiting game from here on out. I won't cycle again until I know for sure what's going on.

Update***
Just had blood drawn. (Covered by insurance) Will get back to you guys when I get the results. I had to sway from saying I use steroids to my doctor because he's the type that would record it and I've heard people say it might hurt your insurance in the future if it's on record. Anyways, I'm getting Testosterone Total, CBC, Comp Metabolic 14 and TSH. Hope it's enough!

Update 2****
Just got my blood work back and my doctor tells me I have low T and high blood sugar.. I have not noticed any growth still and now I'm worried about cycling.
Say I cycle again with Test E for 18 weeks, then properly recover with Clomid, Nolva and Aromasin . Is there anyone who could tell me if it's possible to set my body back to the way it originally was or am I screwed up forever?? I hope not. Any help would be helpful..

Post your lab results so we can get a better understanding of your situation.

Unfortunately, he didn't give me any numbers. I re-tested for high blood sugar and he said it came back normal the second time and I don't have diabetes. Also, I didn't tell him about my usage for obvious reasons. I'm not sure what he's going to do as far as treatment goes.
I guess my question now is, if I am low. And I re-cycle and then PCT again, may it rehabilitate my situation or just make it worse? I want to know whether or not to give this up or if I can continue the right way a second time.

It's good to hear that your blood sugar has normalized. You should get your lab results from your doctors office. That way you will know whether you've recovered. If haven't recovered then it will give somewhat of a baseline. The results of a lab belong to you, all you need to do is request a copy. You can ask the receptionist in person for a printout, or call and have them emailed as most documents are electronic.
You shouldn't be thinking thinking about cycling again until you have fully recovered. Cycling before you have recovered will likely make your situation worse. Recovery is different for everyone and can take some people up to a year. Many have the false impression that a proper PCT will restore serum levels to their original levels pre cycle. This is false, a correct PCT only increases your chances of having a full recovery. Recovering post cycle is one of the many risks we take when taking AAS. IMO you should continue training regularly and eat a healthy high fat diet. When you get your lab results post them up and we'll see what's the best course of action for you to take.

Thank you very much for that advice. My Test is at a level of 177, which is pretty low and below average for sure. I caved in and told my doctor about it and he got a specialists recommendation saying not to do anything for another 4 months or so and get retested. As much sense as that makes, what can I do for my sex drive?? I know this is my own doing but is there anything specific I can do for this? I'm with a new girl and this is the last thing I need. I am willing to wait to recover, however, it's going to be a real bummer if there's nothing I can do for stamina. Thanks again guys, I appreciate everything.
