16 week cycle vs 12 week cycle

    Hello all

    Stats
    5'7
    weight: 85kg
    Bf:12%

this will be my 3rd cycle.

    I usually go for
    1-4 dbol
    1-12 test e

    I was thinking of doing
    1-4 dbol
    1-16 test e
    1-14 eq

Of course i use ai/pct/hcg but i saved my cycle details on my email account and have trouble accessing that atm

My question is if i should stick to 1-12 instead of doing 1-16 due to recovery. Will it be better to stick to 1-12 long term?

Not much difference really. It's just most people feel there are diminishing returns after about 12 weeks. Most everyone will also say dont waste your money on eq.

They say that probably because they have not run it for 14-16 weeks. I am pretty confused on what to do, i promised myself that i would keep it always around 12 weeks, but eq seems good if you use it for 14-16. Just not sure about a 16 week cycle.

No I dont think that is it. I have not used EQ but there are a lot of people with a LOT of experience who have and I take their word for it about not being worth the money.

It's always a good idea to stick with original plans or promises. Once you start to deviate then it's easy to always deviate.
