6 weeks out from Comp, would i benefit more running clen right through?
-6 weeks out from my 1st comp (physique not bodybuilding)
-sitting at 8-9% bodyfat @ 172lbs
-currently in a 400 calorie deficit 258Protein 86Fats 288Carbs
- drinking 8 Litres water a day (with 1 scoop bcaa's per 4L)
-Running 1ml test prop eod (in week 6 atm/running right up to day before show)
- doing no cardio atm
my question is = i have just got my hands on some clen and want to start incorporating fasted cardio in the morning,
- i was thinking of taking one scop BCAA's and clen before fasted cardio ?
would i benefit more just running clen right through the 6 weeks ramping up and down? since im so close to comp date should i bother doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off?
