first cycle - anadrol& test e
hey guys, as i was planning my first cycle for quite a time the day of beginning is near (5days).
i'm gonna run a 12 week cycle of test with a a-bomb kickstarter.
week 1 -12: test e 250x2 weekly
week 1 - 4 (30 days) : anadrol 50mg
week 1-12 : hcg 250iu x2 weekly
letro : 0.25mg eod
pct (14 days after last test shot) : tamox 40/40/20/20 + clomid 100/75/50/50
age:22 yes i know i'm young but i wanna compete.
height : 175cm
weight: 75kg
body fat : 8-9%
years lifting : 3
diet : pretty clean.2 days high carbs/4 low carbs/1cheat. high protein (150grams)
i cook my meals so not worried about fats (olive oil,peanut butter,egg yolk)
i have some questions.i could not get my hands on bacteriostatic water and on the other thread read that i can reconstitute hcg with b12 , thought it was b complex and bought some b complex can i mix my hcg with those?
and i'm not sure about letro dosage, is 0.25mg eod okay?

Letro is pretty harsh and might crash your E2. I would go with adex .25mg/eod. If you see any signs of gyno, go to .25mg/ed.

I would wait a couple more years, you've got a good start so why destroy your HPTA since your doing so well. I would suggest a good bulk diet and strength and power lifting routine.

well first week of the cycle done! had my to shots. very smooth no pain. anadrol pills are under dose i think they are pharmaceutical grade but since i had no experience in this matter and my diet is clean (because of the low weight gain) i'm gonna trust them. i heard so many things about anadrol like gaining 4-5 kg (8-10 lb) in a week but i gained 1 kg so far and i'm out of breath so i think it's ok i'm not sure, i can feel the change in strength though ,anyway my BW result came in and my free test is high (before cycle) nearly 2x normal. i'm sad about that and i hope after the cycle it will be high again.
on lipid profile there are bad news and good news, good news my HDL ,bad news my LDL is above/near optimal i'm pretty sure on cycle it will be in borderline range. i'm not sure that's because my high free test or lack of cardio the last month, but i'm taking fish oil and starting my cardio.
the other parts of bw were normal i did not take pics, here are the pics of the highlights

Btw if u are lean bulking then dont focus on gaining 4-5kg a week cause that ll be mostly fat and water. 1kg a week is more realistic and more likely to be muscles!
