I was injecting test e 250 into my left glute but forgot to check if I hit a blood vessel or vein by pulling the syringe back a little. Injection was with really little effort or pain.
how do I know if I hit a blood vessel. what can happen if I did.

Same here. I've hit neins but never injected into one. Once I pulled out pin, and a steam of blood was shooting like 2ft and hitting my wall. Craziest thing ever seen from pinning.
You might have hit a vein on the way in but if you injected into the vein, like Cuz said, you would definitely know it.
