    Are there any "must" supplements On cycle?

    Hi Guys,

    I searched enough but i didnt find somewhere the answers.
    When we are On Cycle or Off Cycle are there any "must take" supplements.

    Some say to protect our liver. or to take calcium or a multivitamin etc On cycle or to "bridge" Off cycle.

    What is your opinion?

    NAC on cycle, especially with oral AAS. and creatine is good too.

    Some like Fish Oil if you are using an Oral
    Most take Creatine and a multivitamin at the minimum. Many take a pre-workout such as Superpump-250 or Jack3d. The idea is - if you are spending the money to use steroids , you may as well spend the money on supps as well.

    I have red aust`s post about supplements but she talks about general usage and not On cycle. Somewhere in the article she says that too.

    I believe that if we go with logic, a powerfull antioxidant, a protection for liver, heart etc + a multivitamin should be ok for everyone.

    nutritious whole food and a good macro plan +/_ calories to TDEE based on your goals. If you do this, this eliminates 95% of all the bullshit supplements you are thinking about.

    then:
    creatine
    multi
    liver protection (if you are taking tren or any orals)

    everything else you can pretty much accomplish with a good solid nutrition plan.
