I didnt notice any muscle gains nor strength gains, it was a months supply and after the month was over I noticed my nipples were starting to show through t-shirts and this didnt happen before, its not really bad, they look pretty normal but they do stick out in a tshirt and they didnt before...

Also I havent gone to a doctor but I am a bit more emotioanl for example in a movie that has a sad scene I actually get feel like crying wtf

All of this never happened.. I dont know what to do and im imberrassed to go to the doctor. Is there a chance everything will eventually go back to normal? The website said they had no side effects. Please help

Steroid alternatives do not cause gynecomastia and do not impact testosterone negatively in any way. You did not see muscle gains because your diet was likely lacking. Furthermore; nipples that are "starting to show" through the shirt are merely due to either water retention and/or fat tissue build up.

You need help with your diet so that you can lose the fat first, then work on building muscle.

You misdiagnosed yourself and you have no blood work to verify your suspicions. Get blood work if you're concerned.

Probably best to get your blood work done. This sounds like an OTC supplement so I see no problem in telling your doc about the supplement and symptoms.

There are NO fast gains in body building. Even true anabolics take time and committment and without proper nitrition, a ton of food, and hard work in the gym, steroids don't work magic.

Much of the OTC stuff is all untested marketing crap designed to drain your savings account.
