    Crossfit Cycle

    Can someone recommend a good cycle for strength gains that will not hurt cardio for Crossfit. Would also not want to hold much water weight

    For Crossfit I would recommend TB500 because of the terrible form I see on a daily basis.

    i recommend some sort of 5x5 program.. any one will work...

    Crossfit if done correctly is a great way to get fit.
    But if your goal.is to slimply be fit steroid should not be used...

    But anyway...

    Test only would yield good result, if you want a big more strenght gain/Var would help.

    So test/var, but for strenght do a traditionnal 5x5 it will yield WAY MORE gain than crossfit.

    The pumps with var and the way it can affect your lipid profile might not make it the best choice for CF

    I dont see the link with lipids which btw var is very mild on it.

    Affecting lipids can mean it affects your ability to do cardio as well.

    Long story short I did a cross fit workout last week. I'm not in as good of "shape" , I thought. Blew through the strength portions but the cardio and respiratory parts killed me.

    Crossfit is still gay though.
