I've always planned to shoot a muscle right before I work out, like bi's or tri's on arm day, and quad on leg day. Usually this helps to disapate the oil so a lump won't form, and usually hurts less the following day.
Just don't shoot alot of oil, I made the mistake of injecting 3cc's into my delt on shoulder day... that workout sure left me in pain.
I did tren in both bi's 1 hour before workout and LOVED it. Hell if the muscle in gonna be sore anyways, give it a reason to be sore!

Cool. I think I'll try it. The only problem is that these sust shots have been killing me. The glutes aren't bad, but the quad shots are killing me for 2-3 days afterwards. People at work are asking me why I'm limping. I wonder what the sust will do to the biceps/triceps/delts.
